The Accounts Payable/Employee Expenses Team Lead will support the Global Accounts Payable Manager in the day-to-day management and development of the Accounts Payable and Employee Expense team based in India.

This role has been created to provide additional leadership and management support for the offshore AP team, ensuring that team members have explicit direction, appropriate support and regular feedback, while maintaining high standards of performance and service.





Working closely with the Global Accounts Payable Manager, the AP/EE Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the team, allowing the Global Accounts Payable Manager to maintain oversight of the wider global AP function and strategic priorities.

The successful candidate will be a strong people manager who can build trusted relationships with the team, identify and address performance issues, support individual development and ensure the team consistently delivers against agreed expectations.

Team Management & Development

• Provide day-to-day management and leadership to the three Accounts Payable Analysts and four Employee Expense Analysts based in India.

• Act as the primary point of contact for the team for day-to-day management, guidance and support.

• Work closely with the Global Accounts Payable Manager to ensure the team is aligned with global AP and EE objectives
