We’re building an AI-first platform that removes friction and uncertainty from travel. To date, we’ve processed visas for 1M+ travellers across 127 countries. But we’re still early.

The Role
We're looking for a Manager, Content & Creative to own what our creator content says and how valuable it is. You'll set the creative standard for every video that goes out under the Atlys name - from a first-time traveller's visa story to a celebrity partnership - and come up with the ideas worth making in the first place. A visa is a trust purchase: people hand us their passport and their holiday on the strength of what they've seen. This is the seat that decides whether what they see earns that. It's the taste seat on the team.

The Job
• Own the creative playbook, the formats, hooks,



narrative structures and brand guardrails every creator brief is built from, across every creator tier.

• Generate the ideas, concepts and collaborations worth making because they're genuinely good, not because they fill a content slot.

• Set and enforce the quality bar, reviewing the work that matters most and building a rubric sharp enough that the rest can ship without you.

• Develop concepts with macro and celebrity creators, shaping ideas that fit their voice and our positioning at the same time.

• Watch performance closely and turn what you learn into the next version of the playbook, flagging the creative worth putting paid spend behind.

The Ideal Candidate
You’ll likely thrive in this role if you:
• Have 3–5 years in content or creative at an agency, creator studio or consumer brand, with work you can point to and explain the thinking behind.

• Understand internet culture natively - you know what's about to become a format, not what was
