Issuer Services provides Corporate Trust, Loan Agency, Bonds and Escrow services to Corporate and Institutional Banking clients across 17 markets.
This is a high-impact opportunity to help transform the Issuer Services business from a “maintain” operating model to a technology-enabled “grow” model. As the Data and Digital Propositions Lead, you’ll define and deliver propositions that use data, digital capability,
automation and Artificial Intelligence to improve end-2-end client as well as business experience, strengthen operational resilience, reduce risk and enable sustainable growth.
You’ll work across business, technology, operations, product, risk and control teams to turn strategic ambition into measurable outcomes. The role will be central to the business plan’s objectives, including but not limited to establishing client data exchange mechanisms, enhancing reporting internal and external, developing APIs, supporting digital initiatives and implementing AI use cases as identified and defined in the Future State Architecture and other initiatives to enable a platform for growth.
