We are looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Engineer with 3–6 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Python and MongoDB, with a solid understanding of backend architecture, API development, database management, and scalable application design.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining reliable backend services and APIs that power our applications. This role requires solid problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with frontend engineers, product managers, and other technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend applications using Python.
• Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work extensively with MongoDB, including database design, schema modeling, queries, indexing,



and performance optimization.
• Develop clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective backend solutions.
• Integrate backend services with internal systems, third-party APIs, and other external services.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and production issues.
• Implement appropriate validation, error handling, logging, and security practices across backend services.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product teams, QA engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
