We are looking for a proactive, creative, and data-driven Social Media Specialist to take ownership of a founder-led social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant channels. You will manage the complete content lifecycle, from identifying ideas and developing hooks to coordinating edits, publishing content, engaging with audiences, and analysing results. This is a hands-on role with significant creative ownership and responsibility for maintaining a consistent, high-quality publishing pipeline. You will work closely with video editors and other stakeholders while using performance data to continuously improve content. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly focused on measurable outcomes, accuracy, and audience growth. Accountabilities:

• Own the day-to-day management and publishing of social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and additional channels as required.

• Maintain an organised content calendar covering ideas, production, approvals, publishing schedules, platform requirements, and performance.

• Manage the full short-form content workflow, from ideation and briefing through editing, review, approval, publication, and optimisation.

• Brief and coordinate video editors, set deadlines, review completed edits, and provide explicit, actionable feedback to ensure efficient revisions.

• Review content against a high-quality standard covering hooks, pacing, captions, storytelling, accuracy, branding, audio, formatting, thumbnails, and platform specifications.
