Team Overview
The Salesforce SME role is needed to provide technical leadership for a multi-skilled team supporting Salesforce, Workday, and other enterprise applications. The individual will be responsible for Salesforce platform governance, mentoring developers, and driving remediation of vulnerabilities and risks identified through the Obsidian security tool, ensuring a secure, scalable, and reliable application environment.

This job is assigned as In office Essential and requires in- person work at an assigned TU office location as a condition of employment.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
Core Roles & Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary technical expert for the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, and related applications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
• Design, review,



and approve scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business and enterprise architecture requirements.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and platform modernization initiatives.
• Drive platform governance, release management, and deployment processes to ensure system stability and reliability.
• Own the identification, prioritization, and remediation of Salesforce security vulnerabilities and technical risks identified through Obsidian and other security assessment tools.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, and Compliance teams to ensure Salesforce solutions meet security, regulatory, and data governance requirements.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot complex production issues, and implement proactive improvements to enhance system availability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into sustainable technical solutions and roadmaps.
