Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data modeling, and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong SQL and database fundamentals, hands-on expertise in Power BI, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions. The role requires practical problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a solid understanding of up-to-date BI best practices.

Key Responsibilities




Power BI Development
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Build efficient data models using fact and dimension tables.
• Develop visualizations that provide meaningful business insights.
• Configure and manage Power BI Service components including workspaces,
datasets, data refreshes, and security.
• Implement Row Level Security (RLS) based on business requirements.
• Utilize bookmarks, drill-throughs, report navigation, and advanced filtering
techniques.
• Optimize report performance and data refresh strategies.
Data Modeling & Analytics
• Design scalable data models for enterprise reporting needs.
• Understand and implement historical and incremental data loading concepts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into reporting
solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reports.
