Role Description The Audit Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolhapur. This role involves planning and leading statutory, internal, and trust audit engagements, including risk assessment, audit program design, and execution.

The Audit

Manager reviews financial statements and working papers, ensures compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards, and identifies areas for process and control improvements.

Responsibilities include managing audit teams, coordinating with clients, preparing audit reports, and presenting key findings and recommendations to stakeholders. The role also includes supporting partners with technical research,



maintaining documentation for quality control, and contributing to continuous improvement of audit methodologies.

Qualifications

- Solid accounting and finance knowledge, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant accounting standards (Accounting, Finance).
- Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements for accuracy and compliance (Financial Statements).
- Well-developed analytical skills to assess risks, evaluate internal controls, and draw data-driven conclusions (Analytical Skills).
- Professional qualification such as CA or equivalent, with prior experience in audit management or senior audit roles.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to clients and team members.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor audit teams, manage multiple engagements, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Comfort with using audit tools, spreadsheets, and accounting software; familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
