Role Description The Asst Relationship Manager role at Innovest Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role supports senior relationship managers by handling investor accounts, preparing proposals, and coordinating communication with Family Offices, institutions, and high-net-worth investors. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking client interactions, following up on queries, maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal systems, and assisting in the execution of joint venture and debt restructuring mandates.

The Asst Relationship

Manager will also help prepare presentations, reports, and market updates, support due diligence activities,



and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality client service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong client relationship and communication skills, including stakeholder management, interpersonal skills, and professional presentation abilities.
- Candidates should possess analytical and financial skills, such as basic understanding of corporate finance, debt products, and investment structures, along with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Candidates should possess organizational and coordination skills, including attention to detail, documentation management, and the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Candidates should possess research and market awareness skills, including the ability to conduct industry and company research, and prepare concise summaries for internal and client use.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; prior internship or experience in investment advisory, corporate banking, or wealth management is an advantage.
