Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions as per the university curriculum
- Prepare lesson plans, course files, and teaching material, and use modern teaching methods and ICT tools
- Conduct internal assessments, evaluate student performance, and maintain academic records
- Mentor and guide students in academics, projects, and career development
- Contribute to research through publications, patents, funded projects, and conferences




- Participate in departmental activities, curriculum development, and accreditation processes (NBA/NAAC)
- Supervise laboratories and ensure proper maintenance of equipment
- Take part in institutional activities such as examinations, admissions, and student events

Qualifications

Electrical / Electronics Engineering:

- B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech in the relevant branch with first class or equivalent
- Ph.D. preferred

Physics / Chemistry:

- M.Sc. in the relevant subject with first class or equivalent
- Ph.D. and/or NET/SET qualification preferred

Experience

- Freshers with strong academic records may apply
- Prior teaching, industry, or research experience is an added advantage

Skills Required

- Robust subject knowledge and communication skills
- Ability to use digital teaching tools and learning platforms
- Research aptitude with publications in reputed journals (preferred)
- Mentoring ability and a commitment to student success
