Job Purpose To manage and coordinate all HR, employee relations, statutory compliance, workforce administration, and site support services. The role will ensure smooth workforce operations, compliance with applicable labour laws, timely payroll inputs, and effective administration of project or plant facilities. These responsibilities are commonly included in HR and administration roles at industrial and factory locations-Koppal
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Manage manpower planning, recruitment, mobilization, onboarding, and deployment.
Maintain employee personal files, joining documents, confirmation records, and HR databases.
Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, shift schedules, and workforce movement.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, wage sheets, deductions, incentives, and final settlements.
Handle employee grievances, counselling, disciplinary matters, warning letters, and notices.
Coordinate employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, separations, and exit formalities.
Support performance appraisal, training, induction, and skill-development activities.
Conduct employee engagement, welfare, and communication activities.
Prepare and submit monthly HR MIS, headcount reports, attrition reports, and manpower statements.
Industrial Relations and Labour Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
Maintain statutory registers, records, returns, notices, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate EPF, ESIC, professional tax, labour licence, contract-labour, gratuity, bonus, and wage-related matters.
Monitor contractor compliance, including wage payments, attendance, statutory remittances, and employee documentation.
Coordinate with labour authorities, government departments, auditors, and inspectors.
Support statutory inspections,
internal audits, external audits, and compliance closures.
Maintain harmonious industrial relations with employees, workmen, contractors, and local stakeholders.
Handle domestic enquiries and disciplinary proceedings in coordination with management and legal advisors.
Administration
Manage day-to-day site or plant administration activities.
Oversee security, gate passes, visitor management, access control, and incident reporting.
Coordinate accommodation, transportation, canteen, housekeeping, sanitation, and welfare facilities.
Manage office stationery, uniforms, PPE, consumables, and general site requirements.
Coordinate vehicle deployment, fuel records, maintenance, and transportation schedules.
Manage vendor registration, service agreements, work orders, bills, and performance monitoring.
Coordinate office and accommodation maintenance, repairs, utilities, and facility services.
Maintain administrative records, licences, approvals, asset registers, and service documents.
Support emergency response, business continuity, and night-shift administration.
Monitor administrative expenses and assist in budget control and cost optimisation.
Coordination and Reporting
Coordinate with Project, Construction, Safety, Finance, Procurement, Security, and Legal departments.
Provide timely HR and administration updates to senior management.
Prepare manpower, attendance, payroll, compliance, accommodation, transport, and expense reports.
Ensure proper document control and timely submission of approvals and records.
Identify operational issues and recommend practical corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
MSW PM & IR
MBA Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Personnel Management is preferred.
Additional certification in labour laws, payroll, or HR operations will be an advantage.
Experience
Approximately 8–12 years of relevant experience in HR, industrial relations, administration, manufacturing, EPC, or construction projects.
Experience in handling contract labour, site administration, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and workforce mobilization.
Experience in industrial or project-site HR operations is preferred.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Strong understanding of payroll, attendance, leave, overtime, and wage processing.
Knowledge of EPF, ESIC, professional tax, labour licences, and contract-labour compliance.
Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and grievance-handling skills.
Ability to manage vendors, contractors, security agencies, and support-service providers.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, HRMS, and MIS reporting.
Solid documentation, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage day, night, and shift operations.

Smooth functioning of security, transport, accommodation, housekeeping, and welfare facilities.
Pay: ₹15,673.36 - ₹60,682.34 per month
