Job Summary
Location: Ajmer, Kota, Jaipur, Sirohi, and Bikaner (Rajasthan) The Associate State Training and Quality (Rajasthan) plays a pivotal on-ground leadership role responsible for the academic quality, capacity building, and operational rigor of Antarangs career education model across their assigned district in Rajasthan. The Associate serves as a bridge between the central/state strategy and district-level execution. This position directly manages and mentors ~4 State Resource Group (SRG) Members, who in turn engage with government schools to drive the statewide career education curriculum.
Furthermore, the Associate collaborates closely with Academic Resource Persons (ARPs), leads DIET-level training execution, and conducts rigorous quality monitoring across PM Shri and government secondary schools.
Responsibilities
- Partnerships and Capacity Building
- SRG Capability Building Mentorship: Manage and guide State Resource Group (SRG) Members across their district, building their capacity to train, support, and monitor school-level facilitators and teachers through whatsapp groups, 1:1 conversations and learning circles
- ARP and Teacher Capacity Building Trainings: Design and deliver targeted training sessions, skill-enhancement modules, offer 1:1 coaching and feedback for ARPs hired for PM Shri schools, teachers trained in PM Shri schools across their district.
- Facilitating Learning Circles: Organize structured, periodic Learning Circles for ARPs and PM Shri teachers to facilitate peer learning, review implementation feedback, address ground challenges, and share best practices.
- Partnerships: Build relationships with CDEOs, DIETs in their district and have regular monthly meetings to review progress. Build Industry ecosystems to enable industry visits for PM Shri schools. Participate in state and district level meetings to review progress and impact.
- Quality Monitoring and Assessments
- Joint/ School Visits with ARPs: Conduct regular classroom and school observations alongside Academic Resource Persons (ARPs) to evaluate career guidance sessions, student engagement, and implementation fidelity in districts (prioritising PM Shri Schools).
- Statewide Model Rollout: Ensure the standardized execution of the state career education model across all assigned districts, tracking program implementation timelines and output metrics through the BEOs on a monthly basis.
- Assessments: Conduct additional impact assessments for a sample set of selected schools in their districts and gather on-field stories.
- Material Contextualization Central-State Alignment
- Contextualizing Content for Rajasthan: Adapt, translate, and contextualize training decks, case studies, and facilitator handbooks to suit local sociocultural contexts and educational priorities in Rajasthan.
- Data Analysis Actionable Insights: Analyze ground observation data and monitoring trends across 5 districts to identify patterns, plug operational gaps, and optimize training strategies.
- Central Collaboration Feedback Loops: Work in close sync with the State Anchor and Central Training and Quality to contribute to national training frameworks, share ground-level insights, and align rubrics across partner initiatives.
Profile Requisites
- Graduate in any field
- 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in training, teaching, academic facilitation,
or educational project execution within government/public school ecosystems
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory (spoken and written). Functional working knowledge of English is required
- Understanding of Rajasthan's public school structures (DIETs, ARPs, SRGs, PM Shri guidelines, and district education administration) is highly preferred
- Robust group facilitation, coaching, and analytical skills; ability to deliver impactful workshops and mentor senior educators
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace for data logging, reporting, and presentation development
- High willingness to travel extensively across their designated district for school observations, DIET visits, and ARP workshops and occasionally to other districts
- Passionate about working in and working for low income communities
- Willingness to go above and beyond to get things done
