Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our sales team.

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring new clients, understanding their financial requirements, building long-term relationships, generating business, and recommending appropriate financial solutions based on customer needs.

The role involves both client acquisition and relationship management, with a strong focus on achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through leads, references, networking, field activities, and other business-development initiatives.
- Understand clients' financial requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into business.
- Conduct online and offline client meetings and presentations.
- Cross-sell relevant financial products based on client requirements.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate client and lead information in the company's CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Compliance, and Product teams for smooth client onboarding.




- Provide proactive after-sales support and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with financial products, industry developments, market trends, and applicable regulations.
- Follow all company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical sales practices.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Finance, Commerce, or Management background will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience or internship in sales or financial services will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of the local language is preferred.

Compensation

Annual CTC: ₹1,80,000 – ₹2,40,000
