About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our product team and work closely with business, technology, design, and operations teams to build and improve products that directly impact our customers and business.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, understands how digital products are built, and is excited about working in a fast-paced ecommerce environment. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of product initiatives from problem identification and requirement definition to development, launch, and iteration.

What You'll Do

- Work closely with business, tech, design, and operations teams to identify product opportunities and solve customer/business problems.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Own and drive product initiatives through the development lifecycle — from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Track product performance and use data, customer feedback, and business metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Prioritize product requirements based on customer impact, business priorities, and technical feasibility.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.
- Participate in product discovery,



competitive analysis, and market research to identify opportunities.
- Monitor feature adoption and performance post-launch and drive iterations based on insights.
- Help build scalable product processes and contribute to creating a strong product culture within the organization.

What We're Looking For

- 1+ years of experience in a product role at an ecommerce, quick-commerce, marketplace.
- Experience working on and shipping at least one significant feature or product from conception through launch.
- Strong product thinking with the ability to understand customer problems and translate them into effective product solutions.
- Good understanding of product development and agile methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with data and using metrics to make product decisions.
- Strong ownership and ability to work independently in a quick-paced environment.
