Role Description The Associate Operations Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Darbhanga, responsible for overseeing day-to-day logistics and operational activities at the branch or hub. This role includes monitoring inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery, and maintaining adherence to service-level agreements and standard operating procedures.

Manager coordinates with channel partners, frontline staff, and support teams to optimize route planning, resource allocation, and workload distribution. The position involves tracking performance metrics, identifying process bottlenecks,



and implementing improvements in productivity, cost control, and service quality. The role also includes handling escalations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and preparing regular operational reports for leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong operations and logistics management skills, including workflow coordination, route planning, and resource utilization.
- Experience with data analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting to drive continuous improvement in operational processes.
- Proficiency in using technology-enabled logistics systems, basic MS Office tools, and operational dashboards.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills to collaborate with staff and channel partners.
- Sound problem-solving, decision-making, and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field; relevant experience in logistics or service operations is preferred.
- Understanding of safety, compliance, and quality standards in logistics operations; prior experience in express or courier services is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Darbhanga, with flexibility for extended hours or shifts as operational needs require.
