Specialist - Infra - Networking - IN The role is responsible for managing the voice and data network infrastructure of an organization (own organization or client) and providing support for all the network related problems.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

- Design, develop, and deploy automation scripts/frameworks for network provisioning, configuration, and remediation using Python and Ansible
- Build and maintain orchestration pipelines integrating network APIs across multi-vendor environments
- Develop dashboards and reporting using Power BI and Grafana for network performance, capacity, and operational visibility
- Drive AIOps adoption — leverage LLMs, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and Generative AI tools (Amazon Kiro, Anthropic Claude) to build intelligent troubleshooting, anomaly detection, and self-service capabilities
- Automate incident triage, root-cause analysis, and remediation workflows to reduce manual intervention
- Collaborate with network operations, architecture, and platform engineering teams to identify automation opportunities
- Maintain code repositories, version control, and CI/CD pipelines for automation scripts
- Evaluate and pilot emerging AI/ML tools for network operations use cases

Educational Requirements

- University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

- 7–10 years in network engineering/programming, with strong focus on automation and orchestration
- Proficiency in Python and Ansible for network automation
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and Grafana for visualization/reporting
- Working knowledge of network APIs (REST/NETCONF/RESTCONF) and multi-vendor network integration
- Practical exposure to LLMs, MCP, and Generative AI platforms (Amazon Kiro, Anthropic Claude, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of AIOps concepts and their application to network operations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins) and infrastructure-as-code practices




- Network certifications (CCNP/DevNet) complementing programming skill set
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) for AI tool integration
- Prior experience building AI-driven chatbots or copilots for IT operations
