EY GDS Cybersecurity is seeing sustained demand across Americas, EMEIA and APAC for OT-focused services in energy, manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, transportation and critical infrastructure, with anticipated growth of 35% over FY27-FY30,
To capitalize on this chance,
a dedicated OT Security Executive Director role is required with exclusive accountability for OT capability strategy, delivery scale, go-to-market enablement, and sector-aligned solutions, This scope requires a different type of expertise and experience and cannot be delivered as part of a single IT+OT security strategy,
Essential Functions of the job
Key Responsibilities
• Build and scale a standalone OT Security capability within GDS Cybersecurity,
• Generate 200K delivery hours translating to USD 7,6M in revenue, a growth of 50% for this space in FY27,
• Grow OT headcount from 45 (25 core + 20 extended) to 100 across GDS delivery locations,
• Build OT competencies across adjacent Cyber teams including Cyber
• Risk, Cyber Transformation, Digital Identity and Cyber Managed Services,
• Develop sector-specific OT solutions for Energy & Utilities, Advanced Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Mobility and Life Sciences,
• Act as OT security anchor for large
