This 3–6 month accelerator internship offers early-career talent the prospect to gain hands-on experience in creative operations within a fast-paced global digital environment. You will support resource planning, project coordination, workload tracking, and process optimization for a creative team. The role combines data analysis, project management, AI, and automation to improve how creative work is planned and delivered. You will collaborate with creative professionals, program managers, and operational leaders to identify bottlenecks and improve team efficiency. You will also contribute to agency and freelancer management, helping establish clearer processes and performance standards. It is an ideal opportunity for someone highly organized, analytical, proactive, and interested in creative operations, marketing, or project management.

Accountabilities:





• Support capacity planning by tracking planned versus actual resource requirements, identifying recurring gaps, and recommending improvements to forecasting.

• Analyze workload data, reporting dashboards, and creative pipelines to identify skill gaps, bottlenecks, resourcing challenges, and process inefficiencies.

• Use project management reporting and workflow tools to improve visibility into team capacity and ensure timely resource allocation for creative requests.

• Identify repetitive operational tasks that can be improved through AI, automation, and workflow rules, including task assignments, workload summaries, status updates, and recurring follow-ups.

• Implement AI-enabled and automated workflow improvements that reduce manual effort, increase consistency, and provide clearer operational insights.
