The role is responsible for actioning the day-to-day creation and management of all master data objects covering customer (Inc. channel), vendor (Stock & non-stock), product and sell-out across the entire data ecosystem (like ERP, PLM, CRM, Supply Chain Network, Digital Asset Management, Product Information Management, Data Warehouse, etc.) globally.
What you’ll be doing:
• Carry out ongoing, seasonal or project data loads,



cleansing and validation activities for all master data objects covering customer (Inc. channel), vendor (Stock & non-stock), product and sell-out across all relevant systems like SAP, Centric, DeSL, Nexus, Salesforce, BY, Adobe DAM, Salsify PIM, BW, etc.

• Creation of Raw Material database to support buying decisions.

• Processing of Central MDM activity such as vendor/customer creation and amendments. • Creation and maintenance of product data within the business applications.

• Perform costing runs under the guidance of Finance.

• Liaise with relevant departments such as Product/Design, Supply chain/Brand, Regions (Asia, USA, UK/EMEA), Customer Ops and Finance to coordinate and drive processes within the brands to ensure that master data is collated in an accurate and timely manner to oversee the seasonal upload plan. Ensure this is visible and achievable with the appropriate timelines and deadlines adhered to.
