Job Description

The Reliability Architect in Lending Business Unit reports into Lending Head of Reliability and leads the end-to-end Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) strategy to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of Lending systems.. The leader collaborates closely with development, product, and operations teams to embed reliability principles, automate operational tasks, and continuously improve system resilience. This senior leader oversees a global team of SRE and DevOps engineers.
Key Responsibilities
SRE Strategy & Leadership
• Define and execute the Lending BU SRE strategy aligned with engineering, product, and business objectives.




• Establish a unified reliability and automation framework across all architectures, deployment models, and operational environments.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence, proactive incident management, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the reliability strategy supports Lending systems’ latency, uptime, and security requirements, aligning with company-wide standards.

Operational Excellence & Reliability
• Partner with engineering teams to embed reliability into design, code, and deployment processes.
• Set and enforce standards for system monitoring, incident response, and disaster recovery.
• Lead efforts to implement automated incident detection, alerting, and resolution workflows.
• Oversee operational metrics, incident analysis, and capacity planning to continuously enhance system resilience.
