About the role
As a Staff AI Engineer, you will be the technical cornerstone of our offshore AI practice.
You will go beyond individual project delivery to architect the foundational frameworks that power our AI initiatives. You will lead the design and implementation of sophisticated, agentic AI systems and robust data pipelines, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and production-ready. Your mission is to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI research and enterprise-grade reliability, serving as a mentor to senior engineers and a strategic partner to leadership Along the way, you will get to:
• Advanced RAG & Search: Architect sophisticated Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. This includes implementing advanced chunking strategies, hybrid search (vector + keyword), and reranking mechanisms using Vertex AI Vector Search and BigQuery.
• CCAI & Conversational Systems: Act as the lead authority for Contact Center AI (CCAI) ecosystems. Oversee complex migrations (e.g., Dialogflow ES to CX) and integrate AI agents with CC
