Purpose of the position
The Process & Data Officer serves as a subject matter expert for master data across multiple business processes. The role ensures high-quality master and configuration data and supports agile, accurate processing of master data requests. The job holder must possess solid knowledge of key business processes (PtP,



OtC, SCM) to provide the right data foundation for efficient and compliant process execution.

The Key areas of accountability/responsibility:
Governance (approx. 10%)
• Validate whether correct and complete master data requests have been submitted.
• Assess whether email-based requests can be executed directly or require workflow routing.
• Identify and clean up non-used master data elements; align conditions and decisions with relevant stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement (approx. 15%)
• Simplify complex processes, automate routine activities, and proactively eliminate redundancies.
• Identify repetitive business activities and transfer them into automated tasks using available tooling (e.g., RPA).

Reporting (approx. 15%)
• Monitor and report data quality based on business rules describing logical relationships across data fields.
• Develop detailed reports to support clean-up
