DEVOPS / PLATFORM ENGINEER

Schedule: Full-Time
The DevOps / Platform Engineer is responsible for owning the cloud infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational foundation supporting EVS Labs’ software products. This role will help maintain a reliable, secure, reproducible, and scalable AWS environment as the software portfolio continues to grow.
The DevOps / Platform Engineer will establish and maintain infrastructure, CI/CD, security, monitoring, and reliability standards while partnering closely with full-stack, data, GIS, AI, and automation developers. This role will provide a consistent platform that enables EVS Labs to build, deploy, and operate software efficiently as the team and product portfolio expands.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Own EVS Labs’ AWS setting, including provisioning, networking, and services supporting applications such as ECS Fargate, RDS/PostgreSQL, S3, SQS, and related AWS services.
• Define and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, ensuring new and existing systems are reproducible, maintainable, and version controlled.
• Manage secrets, configuration, and environment consistency across development, staging, and production.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to enable safe, reliable, and frequent software d
