We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support day-to-day business operations, performance tracking, reporting, and process execution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with data, coordinating with multiple teams, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring operational activities are completed accurately and on time.
This role is well suited for an early-career professional who enjoys working in a quick-paced environment, has strong analytical and organizational skills, and is interested in building a career in operations and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth and timely execution of business processes.
• Monitor individual and team performance against defined targets, KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.




• Maintain regular performance trackers and identify gaps, deviations, and areas requiring corrective action.
• Prepare accurate and timely MIS reports, dashboards, and operational summaries for management review.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, productivity gaps, bottlenecks, and performance-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on pending tasks, resolve operational challenges, and ensure adherence to defined processes.
• Support managers in tracking team productivity, attendance, task completion, quality, and other relevant performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate operational records, databases, trackers, and documentation.
• Ensure processes are followed consistently and highlight recurring issues to the relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in implementing action plans to improve productivity, turnaround time, quality, and overall operational efficiency.
