Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an L2 Production Support Engineer with 4 years of experience in software development, technology platforms, and technical support. The role will support the analysis, troubleshooting, enhancement, and maintenance of technology solutions across platforms such as mobile, cloud, IoT, and blockchain. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to understand technology requirements, investigate technical issues, support software delivery, review code, and help maintain solution quality. The role will contribute to business objectives through timely issue resolution, reliable technical support, effective documentation, and continuous improvement of software solutions.

Software Requirements

Required

• Strong understanding of technology platforms such as:MobileCloudInternet of Things (IoT)Blockchain
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including:JavaPythonNode.js
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.




• Experience with software development methodologies and tools such as:AgileScrumGitJIRAConfluence
• Experience participating in code reviews.
• Experience supporting technical issue resolution and software troubleshooting.
• Ability to develop technical specifications and detailed documentation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams on technology requirements and solution delivery.

Preferred

• Hands-on experience supporting production applications across mobile, cloud, IoT, or blockchain environments.
• Experience with more than one of the listed programming languages.
• Experience with software deployment, monitoring, incident investigation, and release support.
• Experience recommending current technology trends or advancements for existing solutions.
• Experience supporting automated testing and quality assurance activities.
• Experience improving technical documentation, support procedures, and development processes.
