Arcesium is seeking a Senior Manager for our Trade Affirmations and Settlements group based in Hyderabad.
The group is responsible for the timely and accurate affirmation, confirmation, and settlement of trades across asset classes on behalf of hedge fund clients, with a particular focus on OTC derivatives. The group works closely with counterparties, prime brokers, custodians, and internal middle-office and collateral teams to ensure trade economics are verified, confirmations are matched within regulatory timeliness targets, and cash movements settle without disruption.
What you'll do:
• Own the work product of the team across trade affirmation, confirmation matching, and settlement processing for OTC derivatives and other asset classes, ensuring adherence to ISDA confirmation timelines and regulatory confirmation timeliness targets.
• Play an active oversight role in day-to-day operations, including escalation of aged affirmation/confirmation discrepancies and settlement breaks, business-as-usual troubleshooting, and setting directio
