About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) technical lead within the Digital Technology Enablement, Enterprise Access Management organization. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Saviynt configurations and implementations, with a focus on identity governance and administration.
This is a critical role in leading the development and implementation of centralized and harmonized enterprise user access management product for Sanofi business application. The objective is to develop a Harmonized and Centralized Access Management solution with robust compliance capabilities.
Main Responsibilities:
• Design and implement Saviynt workflows and platforms.
• Configure and manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) and access certifications
• Develop and maintain integrations and connectors including but not limited to Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for system operations
• Oversee user identity lifecycle management
• Perform performance tuning and optimization of Saviynt systems
• Create and maintain technical specifications documentation in confluence.
• Utilize ISPM to manage reports, dashboards, and analytics
• Implement and manage access models (RBAC and ABAC) within Saviynt
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements (JIRA Enablers)
• Execute deployment and change manage
