This role combines business intelligence, competitive research, sales support, and team coordination within the life sciences sector.
You will help organise intelligence workflows and prioritise research activities that support business growth across clinical and translational solutions.
As a key point of contact for commercial stakeholders, you will help turn market information and research into actionable business insights.
You will provide day-to-day guidance to analysts, promoting consistent research methods, high-quality deliverables, and effective stakeholder communication.
The position also involves supporting lead-generation initiatives, maintaining data quality, and strengthening research and lead-management processes.
You will work across commercial, marketing, lead-generation, and analyst teams in a collaborative and results-oriented setting.

Accountabilities:

• Provide day-to-day guidance, subject-matter expertise, and support to analysts to promote high-quality work, consistency, and effective execution.

• Coordinate and help prioritise daily activities across lead qualification, business research, competitive intelligence, and market landscape analysis.

• Support research initiatives designed to identify and qualify current and prospective biotech and pharmaceutical business opportunities.

• Serve as a key point of contact for commercial teams on business and competitive intelligence projects that support growth.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Lead Generation teams to support outreach and business development initiatives.
