The Role
Presidio looks for Senior EX Lead, you will be the primary point of contact for employee concerns — spanning recognition, mentorship and project transitions. You will also own Presidio's employee survey programs.

You operate as a trusted, confidential presence in the organization someone employees will bring a concern to before they bring it anywhere else, and someone the business trusts to represent the employee voice without turning every issue into an escalation. The role sits at the intersection of people, data, and business context: you'll spend as much time reading survey data and spotting patterns as you will sitting across from someone working through a difficult situation.

People

• You will listen to employees directly,



or through our Practice EX Specialists, to understand their concerns.

• You will raise issues with the business unit head, HR Business Partner, or Leadership teams, and follow through until they're resolved.

• You will manage our anonymous reporting channels and triage submissions, and support recent joiners through their first 90 days.

• You will run and coordinate mentorship programs — matching mentors and mentees, equipping managers to mentor effectively, and tracking whether mentoring relationships are actually landing.

• You will mediate conflicts between employees, peers, and managers — getting all sides heard, working through disagreements to a fair resolution, and knowing when to involve the business unit head or Leadership.
