• Lead geological exploration, drilling, core logging, and resource delineation programs.
• Develop and update geological models, resource estimates, and reserve assessments.
• Provide grade control and ore quality management to optimize mine production.
• Interpret geological, geotechnical, geophysical, and geochemical data for mine planning.
• Support mine development, pit optimization, and operationalization of mining leases.
• Prepare technical reports, resource statements, and statutory submissions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain geological databases and ensure adherence to applicable mining, environmental, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with mine planning, survey, operations, and regulatory teams to achieve production and project objectives.
