We are looking for a organized, and execution-focused Marketing Associate to support our marketing team across email, SMS, content, and cross-functional coordination.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is co mfortable managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, learning quickly, and taking ownership of execution.
Key Responsibilities• Plan, create, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns.
• Manage SMS and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Write, edit, format, and publish blogs and marketing content.
• Support basic SEO activities including keyword research, on-page SEO, metadata, internal linking, and content optimization.
• Coordinate with sales, design, technology, partnerships, and other internal teams.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and deadlines.
• Follow up with team members to ensure campaigns and deliverables are completed on time.
• Review campaign performance including email opens, clicks, conversions, website traffic, and lead activity.
• Prepare basic marketing reports and performance summaries.
• Assist with social media, landing pages,
newsletters, and other marketing initiatives when required.
• Research competitors, industry trends, keywords, and content opportunities.
• Maintain organized marketing files, databases, and campaign documentation.
Skills Required• Strong written English.
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization.
• Ability to write clear and engaging blogs and marketing copy.
• Solid coordination and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.
• Ability to learn new software and marketing platforms quickly.
