We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Lead Analyst with strong focus in .NET Technologies to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions. They will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software systems using the latest technologies and frameworks, with a focus on SAS-based product development and agile ways of working.

Responsibilities
• Go to person as the technical lead for the end-to-end development of applications built on C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Web Forms.
• Create technical designs rendering scalable, secure,



and high-performance solutions that align with business objectives.
• Establish best practices across full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support to a team of developers.
• Work with Oracle or SQL Databases to design and optimize database interactions.
• Develop user-friendly interfaces and responsive front-end components using Angular.
• Lead the design and development of SAS-based products, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Actively contribute in an Agile workplace, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
