Position description: Jindal Stainless Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Manager to join our Digital & IT department within the Mining & Metals industry. We are looking for an experiencedDELMIA Apriso Developerwith5–8 years of hands-on experiencein Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and DELMIA Apriso development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, testing, and supporting Apriso-based manufacturing solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Apriso Process Builder, Business Components, GPM, Machine Integrator, SQL, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and experience working with manufacturing processes such as Production, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Traceability.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Analyze business and manufacturing requirements and translate them into technical solutions using DELMIA Apriso.
- Design, develop, configure, and customize DELMIA Apriso MES/MOM applications.
- Develop and maintain Process Builder workflows, business processes, screens, and custom components.
- Work with Global Process Manager (GPM), Business Integrator, and Machine Integrator.
- Develop CRUD operations and custom functionality within Apriso.
- Develop integrations between Apriso and external systems such as SAP/ERP, PLC, SCADA, and other shop-floor systems.
- Develop and consume REST/SOAP Web Services, APIs, XML/JSON-based interfaces.
- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database operations.
- Troubleshoot application,



integration, database, and production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Perform unit testing, system/integration testing, defect fixing, and support UAT.
- Support deployment across DEV, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
- Participate in production support and post-go-live stabilization.
- Prepare technical specifications, design documents, deployment documents, and support documentation.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, project managers, QA teams, and client stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers and contribute to coding standards and best practices.

Skills:

- 5–8 years of overall IT/MES experience, with strong hands-on experience in DELMIA Apriso.
- Strong experience in DELMIA Apriso development and customization.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Apriso Process Builder
- Global Process Manager (GPM)
- Business Components
- Screen/UI development
- Business Integrator
- Machine Integrator
- CRUD development

- Strong knowledge of MES/MOM concepts.
- Experience with manufacturing processes such as:

- Production
- Quality
- Warehouse/Inventory
- Maintenance
- Material Management
- Traceability/Genealogy

- Solid knowledge of SQL Server/Oracle and SQL programming.




- Valuable programming experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS.
- Experience with XML, JSON, REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.
- Experience with MES–ERP integration, preferably SAP–Apriso.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Experience with SIT, UAT, defect management, deployment, and production support.

Competencies:

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant DELMIA Apriso certification will be an advantage.

Required work experience

- Years of experience: A strong candidate for this role should have 5–8 years of experience with at least 3–5 years of hands-on DELMIA Apriso development, including experience inProcess Builder, integrations, customization, SQL, C#/JavaScript, and MES manufacturing processes. Experience delivering an Apriso implementation or rollout from design through deployment and production support would be highly desirable
