ABOUT THE ROLE

BPRJ represents 45 hotel brands operating in India across four models — lease, revenue share, management contract, and franchise. This is an entry-level role for someone we'll train from the ground up to eventually manage hotel brand and ownership relationships independently. You'll start by working closely alongside the AVP — attending meetings, supporting research and follow-ups, and gradually taking on more responsibility as you learn the business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Travel with the AVP to meetings with hotel owners, developers, investors, and brand representatives — observing and learning how deals are structured and closed
- Research and help identify greenfield/brownfield hotel projects and their owners/developers
- Support outreach, follow-ups, and coordination with hotel brands and project owners
- Help prepare pitch material and maintain an organized pipeline of live projects and brand mandates




- Take on direct relationship-handling responsibility as your understanding of the business grows
- Learn how BPRJ's four hotel operating models (lease, revenue share, management contract, franchise) differ and when each applies

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Management Trainee- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience — background doesn't matter as much as attitude
- Associate- Hotel Consulting experience — open for equal partnership in deals
- Genuinely hungry to learn, honest, and reliable — this role runs on trust from day one
- Solid communicator with a good, confident personality — comfortable talking to senior people (hotel owners, developers, brand heads)
- Naturally good at building relationships and putting people at ease
- Willing to travel for meetings when required
- Any bachelor's degree

COMPENSATION Management Trainee- ₹20,000/month fixed. Your pay and role grow as you take on more independent responsibility.

Associate- 50% of deal size, paid on closure. Your pay and role grow as you take on more independent responsibility.
