As we scale, we are building a strong finance function to support fundraising, unit economics, and disciplined financial planning across the business.

Role Overview

Cent Health is hiring a Financial Planning & Analyst to own budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the business, working closely with the CFO to drive data-backed decision-making across teams. The role requires the candidate to work full-time from our Bengaluru office.

Key Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports and board/investor decks with the CFO.

Track burn rate, runway, and unit economics, and flag variances against plan.

¢ Build and maintain financial models to support fundraising, pricing, and business-case decisions.





¢ Partner with department heads to review budgets, spends, and cost optimisation opportunities.

¢ Support fundraising processes with investor data rooms, financial projections, and due-diligence requests.

¢ Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems and internal controls.

¢ Present financial insights and recommendations directly to the CFO and leadership team.

Qualifications & Experience

¢ CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred.

¢ 8+ years of experience in FP&A;, corporate finance, or financial controllership, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.

¢ Strong hands-on experience with financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.

¢ Prior exposure to fundraising, investor reporting, and unit economics is a strong plus.

¢ Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Tally, Zoho Books) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.

¢ Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

¢ Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
