Role Description This is a full time, on-site Associate Dentist role based in Delhi, India.

The Associate

Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of restorative, preventive, and minor surgical procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing routine check-ups, fillings, extractions, scaling and polishing, and other clinical procedures, while ensuring high standards of infection control and patient safety. The role involves educating patients on oral hygiene, discussing treatment options, obtaining informed consent, and maintaining accurate clinical records.





The Associate

Dentist will collaborate with other dental professionals, support staff, and management to optimize patient experience, appointment flow, and clinic efficiency.

Qualifications

- Recognized dental degree (BDS/MDS) and valid registration/license to practice dentistry in India.
- Clinical proficiency in general dentistry procedures, including diagnosis, restorative treatments, preventive care, and basic oral surgery.
- Strong patient communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment plans clearly and build trust across diverse age groups and backgrounds.
- Commitment to high standards of infection control, safety protocols, and adherence to ethical and regulatory guidelines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based clinical environment and manage time effectively in a busy practice.
- 2 years or more of prior experience in a dental clinic or hospital setting is preferred.
- Willingness to engage in continuing education, adopt new techniques and technologies, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
