Associate Customer Support – Voice Process

Electronic City, Bangalore

Salary: ₹4.5 – ₹5.5 LPA

Experience: Fresher – 12 Months

Qualification: UG / Graduate

Excellent English Communication – Mandatory

REQUIREMENTS

Typing: 20 WPM | 80% Accuracy

Basic MS Office & Computer Skills

Age: Below 45 Years

Both-Side Transportation Provided

ROLE

- Handle inbound customer queries
- Resolve customer issues professionally
- Navigate customer accounts & policies
- Maintain productivity & quality standards
- Escalate issues when required

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
