About Us

At ten8labs, we are building an AI-powered enterprise software platform that helps companies organise operational knowledge, automate repetitive workflows, and improve productivity. Our platform connects with the tools teams already use and turns scattered information into intelligent, actionable systems.

We are looking for an early marketing hire to work directly with the founders. You will own content and digital marketing day to day, help shape how we tell our story, and build a marketing function you can point to a year from now. This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the founders.

What You Will Do

You will work across content, social, email, and the website in a hands-on role with high ownership and fast feedback.

Your responsibilities will include

- Content: Write and publish blogs, SEO pages, product guides, and tutorials, and create short-form videos, demos, and explainers
- Social and email: Create and schedule LinkedIn posts and newsletters that build our brand and thought leadership
- Website, campaigns, and tracking: Update website copy and landing pages, run webinar and event campaigns, and report weekly performance using GA4, Search Console, HubSpot, and Brevo or MailerLite
- AI tools: Learn and use Claude and other AI tools daily to speed up content creation, research, and everyday workflows

What We Are Looking For





Required Qualifications

- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Psychology, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 0 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content, or product marketing
- A natural storyteller who can turn products, ideas, and insights into narratives people remember and act on
- Strong writing skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- A builder mindset: curious, resourceful, and quick to learn in a startup environment
- Comfort with data, strong follow-through, and a bias toward action

Nice to Have

- Basic design and video skills with AI tools
- Experience creating sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and presentations
- A genuine interest in AI, enterprise software, or B2B SaaS
- Proof of initiative through internships, freelance work, personal projects, or side hustles
