About the Brand Design Team The Brand Design team is Vedantu’s in-house creative powerhouse - shaping the brand's identity and storytelling across platforms and formats. From logos, videos, and brand campaigns to digital assets, OOH, and social media, the team comprises talented graphic designers,

writers, filmmakers, editors, and creative strategists. We’re pushing the boundaries of how an education brand is seen, felt, and remembered.

Purpose of the Role

We are looking for an Associate Copywriter to support the Brand Design team in writing and polishing copy across campaigns, social media, performance marketing creatives, and brand content.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves words, has a strong sense of internet culture,

and wants to learn how copywriting works inside a fast-moving in-house creative team. You’ll work closely with designers, video editors, and fellow copywriters to turn briefs into clear, sharp,

on-brand communication.





The ideal candidate should also have the curiosity to experiment with AI-powered writing tools to improve speed and creative exploration while maintaining strong brand consistency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Copywriting & Content Support

● Write and adapt copy for social media posts, ads, performance creatives, banners,

emailers, landing pages, and internal brand requirements

● Create multiple options/variations for headlines, hooks, CTAs, and captions as per briefs

● Assist in proofreading and quality checks to ensure grammar, clarity, and tone consistency

Concepting & Creative Collaboration

● Support the team in brainstorming campaign lines, scripts, and content ideas

● Partner with graphic designers and video editors to ensure copy fits the layout, pacing,

and platform format

● Help rewrite long information into simpler, parent/student-friendly language where needed

Research & Trend Awareness

● Track pop-culture and internet trends relevant to students/parents (memes, formats,

language, hooks)

● Research competitors and education content trends to bring fresh ideas to the team

Tool Adoption (Including AI)

● Use AI-assisted workflows where appropriate (idea generation, hook variations, script drafts, grammar polishing, tone exploration) while applying human judgment, factual checks, and brand guidelines

● Learn and follow best practices for responsible AI usage in a brand context

Key KRAs

● Solid writing output with multiple options and quick iterations

● Clear, on-brand copy with minimal errors and rework

● Timely delivery of tasks as per briefs and campaign timelines

● Active participation in ideation and creative collaboration

● Consistent tone and messaging across channels
