Location: Gurugram

Responsibilities

- In this role, you will provide end-to-end support for corporate action events across equity and fixed income securities, including cash, non-cash, and elective events.
- You will manage client elections, entitlements, counterparty claims, withholding tax obligations, and related reporting requirements.
- You will also liaise with custodians, clearers, depositories, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure the efficient processing of corporate actions.

Requirements





- 1-3 years of experience in the financial services or banking industry, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of work.
- Proven ability to investigate issues, escalate appropriately, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated team player with solid communication skills and flexibility to support shifting schedules, including public holidays, and meet varying business or operational demands (ex. High volume day with resourcing constraints)
