Hiring: Senior Fashion Advisor | Premium Menswear
We are looking for a Senior Fashion Advisor to join our retail team and deliver a premium, personalised shopping experience to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in selecting outfits based on their style, occasion, fit and preferences.
• Handle high-value clients and build solid, long-term relationships.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling.
• Understand menswear, fabrics, fits, styling and current fashion trends.
• Support clients with Made-to-Measure / customised clothing requirements.
• Coordinate with the tailoring and store teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Follow up with clients for trials, alterations, deliveries and repeat purchases.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, customer service and store presentation.
Requirements:




• 2–5 years of experience in premium/luxury retail, fashion, menswear or lifestyle brands.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of fashion, styling and menswear.
• Experience in client handling and relationship management.
• Target-oriented with a consultative sales approach.
• Well-groomed, confident and professional personality.
• Candidates from premium fashion, luxury retail, bespoke/MTM or premium lifestyle brands will be preferred.
