At 3M, the Associate Specialist - Banking Operations is responsible for supporting day-to-day global banking operations and ensuring the effective management of bank accounts across multiple regions. This includes activities related to opening, closing, and modifying bank accounts, updating authorized signers,
supporting Know Your Customer (KYC) requests from banks, and performing related bank administration tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements, and the ability to provide high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders. The Banking Operations Associate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline banking processes, improve operational efficiency, and support timely completion of banking-related requirements.
