Role Description The Front Desk Representative role is a full time, on-site position based at Aaryam Hotel and Resorts in Sawai Madhopur. This role involves welcoming guests upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out processes,



and ensuring all front desk operations run smoothly and efficiently. The Front Desk Representative will handle reservations, respond to phone and in-person inquiries, provide information about rooms, services, and local attractions, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate guest records, processing payments, addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally, and upholding Aaryam’s standards of warm and attentive hospitality. The role also requires maintaining a clean and organized reception area and supporting the overall guest experience with a positive and service-focused attitude.
