About The Role
IBOR Operations sits at the center of the data pipeline — reconciling custodian, trading, and book-of-record data every day to ensure clients see accurate holdings, transactions, and tax lots.
This is a hands-on operations role for someone who wants to build strong reconciliation and investment-product expertise while working closely with Engineering and Product to improve and automate the process.

What You'll Do
• Perform daily reconciliation of positions and cash across systems, investigating and resolving discrepancies within required deadlines.
• Distinguish genuine data errors from expected, explainable differences so that only real issues get escalated.
• Process and validate corporate actions, and clear any related reconciliation breaks.
• Handle other daily and firm-specific operational tasks accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor data readiness and volumes, flagging anomalies proactively rather than after they are noticed downstream.
