Position Overview
JLL Project Development Services Mumbai is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support project coordination activities across our diverse portfolio of development and fitout projects. This role is ideal for a motivated qualified looking to advance their career in project management while contributing to the successful delivery of high-profile real estate projects for leading clients.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Documentation Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures using project management tools. Prepare and maintain project documentation including contracts, specifications, drawings, and regulatory submissions. Support project managers in resource planning, milestone tracking, and deliverable coordination.
Project Monitoring & Reporting Create and maintain regular project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal teams and client stakeholders. Track project progress against established timelines and budgets, identifying potential delays or issues early. Compile meeting minutes, action item logs, and project correspondence for effective record keeping.
