The role will act as a key interface between Engineering, HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and external partners to support global project delivery while mitigating operational and compliance risks.

1. Operations Management
• Lead and manage GPE operational processes to support productive global project execution.
• Develop, standardize, and continuously improve operational workflows, policies, and procedures.
• Establish operational KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor organizational effectiveness.
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity improvement, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Support workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management across global project teams.
• Ensure alignment of operational practices with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
• Conduct regular operational reviews and identify improvement opportunities.

2. Governance & Compliance
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks that support GPE operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies,



legal requirements, industry standards, and regulatory obligations.
• Lead compliance reviews, internal audits, and risk assessments related to project execution and workforce deployment.
• Develop governance mechanisms for monitoring project execution, resource deployment, and contractor engagements.
• Drive policy awareness and compliance culture across the organization.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Finance, and Internal Audit teams to address compliance gaps.
• Monitor and report governance and compliance metrics to senior leadership.

3. Vendor Management
• Manage relationships with engineering service providers, staffing partners, and external consultants.
• Develop vendor governance frameworks, performance scorecards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor vendor performance against contractual commitments, quality standards, and business expectations.
