Why this role exists
As an Account Executive for the SMB segment at JustCall, you will generate and close revenue through both inbound and outbound sales. You'll convert high-intent demo requests and free-trial signups while building your own pipeline through cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach. You'll uncover each prospect's communication and workflow challenges, then show how JustCall solves them.

This is a high-velocity, quota-carrying role where you take deals from first conversation to close. Success is measured by revenue delivered, not activity alone.
What you’ll actually do
• Convert inbound demo requests and free-trial signups into qualified opportunities, prioritizing high-intent leads with timely follow-up.

• Build your own pipeline through cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach so you're never reliant on inbound alone.

• Run discovery to understand each prospect's calling, SMS, and customer communication workflows, the business cost of their challenges, and their buying process, stakeholders, and timelines.





• Deliver tailored demos that connect JustCall's capabilities to the prospect's pain points and clearly show business value and ROI.

• Handle objections on pricing, competitors, integrations, and switching costs, then negotiate and close new business.

• Own an individual revenue quota and consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

• Keep CRM records, pipeline stages, and forecasts accurate while tracking lead-to-chance conversion, win rate, average deal size, and sales cycle.

What we’re looking for
• 4+ years of closing sales experience - including prospecting, ideally at a technology company, with a track record of top performance.

• Full-cycle ownership - you’ve run deals from first touch to signed contract, not just worked leads someone else qualified.

• Comfort with high-volume, high-velocity, multi-threaded selling - juggling several live deals at once, each at a different stage.
