Summary:
We're looking for an Engineering Manager who is equally fluent in technical depth and people leadership — someone who can drive architectural decisions, grow senior talent,



and deliver complex platform capabilities in a quick-moving, distributed environment. This role oversees project execution, team performance, and cross-functional collaboration, while fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement
Responsibilities
• Lead and grow a team of 10+ engineers (including senior ICs and potentially Tech Leads), owning hiring, performance, and career development

• Drive end-to-end delivery of platform components — from architecture and design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration

• Engage credibly in system design and architecture reviews; set and enforce engineering quality standards across the team

• Partner closely with Product, Design, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, technical debt,
