About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Business Development Manager to spearhead our franchise expansion in the EV charging sector.
In this role, you will take direct ownership of generating ₹2–3 Cr in quarterly revenue by acquiring franchise partners and securing high-value EV charging sites under the franchise model.
This position is designed for a proactive deal-closer who excels in high-value sales and is passionate about building the infrastructure for the future of mobility.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation & Deal Closure
Own and consistently deliver ₹2–3 Cr in quarterly revenue through high-ticket franchise sales and site conversions, with deal sizes ranging from ₹30L–₹50L.

End-to-End Sales Cycle Management
Drive the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting and pitching to final agreement execution and payment collection.

Strategic Pitching & Consultation
Clearly articulate the franchise model to potential dealers and business owners,



providing detailed breakdowns of ROI, profit margins, unit economics, and charger configurations.

Pipeline & Funnel Management
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with 3–4x revenue coverage. Use CRM tools rigorously for lead scoring, funnel updates, and accurate forecasting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate closely with internal Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth and timely deal closures.

Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities, emerging franchise models, and market trends. Identify high-potential geographic markets to proactively expand the business pipeline.

Qualifications & Competencies
Proven Track Record
Demonstrated success in B2B sales, franchise development, or high-value sales, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
