Fairfest organizes OTM Mumbai — certified by NielsenIQ as the leading travel trade show in India and Asia. The TTF series has connected the trade since 1989 — India's oldest travel show brand. BLTM leads business and MICE travel; WTE takes Indian sellers to the Americas.
We’re looking for an Art Director to shape the visual identity of these brands and create compelling creative across campaigns, digital, social, marketing communications and live events.
The role: own the creative direction across Fairfest’s show portfolio — from campaign concepts and brand communication to event branding, digital, social, advertising and on-ground show assets. Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Content and Events teams to turn business objectives into impactful creative that builds excitement, engagement and participation around our shows.

You will:
• Lead the creative and visual direction for OTM, TTF, BLTM, WTE and related Fairfest campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts and assets for digital, social media, email, websites, advertising and event promotions.
• Create and oversee event branding,



exhibition graphics, brochures, presentations, signage, banners and marketing collateral.
• Develop creative campaigns that communicate the scale, positioning and value of each travel show.
• Ensure consistency across Fairfest’s brands while giving each show its own distinctive visual identity.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Content and Events teams to translate business objectives into robust creative.
• Collaborate with designers, agencies, printers, production partners and other creative vendors.
• Manage multiple creative projects from concept to final execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Bring fresh ideas and stay updated with evolving design, advertising, digital and event trends.

You have:
• 5–8 years of experience in Art Direction, Graphic Design, Creative Direction, Advertising or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign developmen
